2.2 One Account Per Person. Each player may register only one (1) 64ph account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. 64ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances held therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 64ph requires all players to complete identity verification by submitting a legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (including but not limited to: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, or Land Transportation Office Driver's License) and, where required, a current selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period after a withdrawal request is submitted may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
2.5 Residency and Jurisdictional Restrictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 64ph platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence or physical location. 64ph does not represent or warrant that access to the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

You must promptly update your registered contact information — including your Philippine mobile number and any email address on file — whenever such information changes. 64ph shall not be liable for any failure to deliver account notifications or OTP codes resulting from outdated contact information.
4.1 Accepted Payment Channels. 64ph currently accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. 64ph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment channels at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100.00) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional campaign.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the 64ph platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currency are subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. 64ph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Deposit Source. All funds deposited into your 64ph wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. 64ph reserves the right to require evidence of ownership of any payment account used for deposits.
4.5 Deposit Fees. 64ph does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider before initiating a deposit.
4.6 Deposit Processing Time. GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on the applicable interbank settlement schedule. 64ph is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 64ph account from which the withdrawal is requested. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal processing is contingent upon completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2.4.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso Five Hundred (₱500.00) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. 64ph endeavors to process withdrawal requests as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically settled within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of request approval under normal operating conditions; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically settled within the same Philippine banking business day if the request is approved before 3:00 PM local time.
5.4 Withdrawal Review. 64ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification or review of any withdrawal request. During such review, the withdrawal may be held for up to seventy-two (72) hours. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
5.5 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Withdrawal of funds that include Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to Sections 5.1 through 5.4.
Important: Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to unmet wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds portion of the balance. Only the real money component of the balance remains eligible for withdrawal pending wagering requirement completion.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions offered by 64ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim a specific promotion only once. 64ph reserves the right to void any bonus claimed in excess of the permitted number, and to recover any winnings generated from such excess bonus claims.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 64ph actively monitors player accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-variance bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. 64ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spin credits that are not utilized within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's wallet without notice.
7.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games and slots available on the 64ph platform that use software-based randomization employ certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 64ph platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.1 Ownership. 11.1 Platform Availability. 64ph does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous basis. 11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 64ph shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: (a) use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of player data; (c) technical malfunctions as described in Section 7.4; (d) actions taken by 64ph in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or closure.
11.3 Cap on Liability. In any event, 64ph's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their 64ph wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 64ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of the 64ph platform.
12.1 Suspension by 64ph. 64ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 64ph has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player's account is being used for unlawful purposes; (c) the player's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified; or (d) account activity poses a risk of harm to 64ph or to other players.
12.2 Closure by 64ph. 64ph may permanently close a player's account following investigation of any of the circumstances described in Section 12.1. Upon permanent closure for cause, 64ph reserves the right to forfeit any account balance remaining at the time of closure. 64ph will provide written notification of account closure where feasible.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. A player may request closure of their 64ph account at any time by contacting 64ph support. Prior to account closure, any real money balance remaining in the player's wallet will be disbursed to the player's verified payment account, provided that no outstanding wagering requirements remain applicable to any portion of the balance.
12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of a 64ph account for any reason, all licenses granted to the player under these Terms & Conditions are immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions which by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue to apply after account closure.
13.1 Right to Amend. 64ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the 64ph platform. Where a change materially affects player rights or obligations, 64ph will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via account notification, platform banner, or registered contact details.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 64ph platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Informal Resolution. Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both you and 64ph agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 64ph support via the live chat available within the account dashboard. Most issues relating to account balances, transaction disputes, and game outcomes can be resolved within forty-eight (48) hours through this channel.
14.3 Regulatory Escalation. 14.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal action, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
